A new 11 home community is being built in the Pinetree Country Club called Wedgewood at Pinetree Country Club. The 11 new homes will be built directly off Shiloh Trail East, just before the road intersects with Shiloh Trail West. The lots have been marked, but construction has not yet begun on any of the homes. Home prices will be in the $500’s.
